Low Carb Spiced Turkey Bites

Ingredients

  • 250g turkey mince
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp garlic granules

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined. For best results place in the fridge and marinate overnight.
  2. Preheat oven to 180℃ / 350℉ / gas mark 4.
  3. Roll mince into 24 balls and place them onto a greased baking tray. Bake in the oven for 10 - 15 minutes.
